This is Tart Dill Pickle Mayo! It’s a great condiment for burgers, sandwiches and fish.
We haven’t found all the uses for Dill Pickle Mayo yet, when we do we will post more recipes. For now we love to add it to our P&L burgers. Follow this link to get the P&L Burger recipe.
- 3 Dill Pickles
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- In a blender, add pickles and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Blend, then set aside in fridge to thicken.
- This can remain refrigerated for up to one week.
